AN EXCELLENT CHOICE WITH AN EXCELLENT QUALITY

When you buy one of Triângulo’s Hardwood Floorings, you will acquire a product that offers besides the unsurpassable beauty of its colors, unique characteristics and benefits, such as:

Triângulo’s Solid Flooring, as well as its Engineered Floorings, characterized by their manufacturing structure formed exclusively by hardwood wood, offer durability and originality in the installation in any environment. Pre-adapted to the weather conditions of the markets to which they are destined, the Triângulo Floors guarantee structural stability and unequaled weight resistance, what give its clients a feeling of safety, certified by the Triângulo Seal of Quality.

If you choose a floating installation, you will realize that the polyethylene rug, placed under the floor will reduce the noise considerably (up to 20dB). Besides, due to its natural characteristic, the wood floor offers lower levels of acoustic conductivity when compared to other types of floors, such as a marble floor or synthetic floor. While the marble floor transmits 80dB and the synthetic floor 65dB, approximately, a wood floor transmits only 40db, due to a medium intensity impact.

Wood floors are products that, despite needing constant cleaning, because they show dust easier than any other floor, can also be easily cleaned. Only a few daily minutes are necessary to keep the original beauty and quality of the product. This impeccable cleaning appearance is achieved with a slightly humid cloth or with a vacuum cleaner. Special product for cleaning wood floors may be found in specialized stores.

There are several systems to analyze the hardness level of a piece of wood: Brinnell, Monin, Janka. These systems evaluate the resistance of the material when one tries to penetrate it with another.
The Triângulo Floorings are totally produced with strips of TROPICAL WOOD. Because they are chosen from areas of Sustainable Management of the Amazon Forest, place that presents the best conditions for the development of tropical trees in the world, the woods that are used to manufacture our floor are considered some of the most resistant. Examples of this, the Brazilian Cherry, with 2352kgf, and the Tamarindo, with 3000kgf, are considered wood with exceptional levels of Janka hardness, compared to other species worldwide.
All the floors are covered with
9 layers of finishing, composed of Acrylic Urethane and Aluminum Oxide. These products, besides giving unsurpassable shine and beauty to the floor, strengthen its natural resistance and protect it against the most different types of marks, stains and scratches

Because they are finished with 9 layers of high quality and technology varnish, any liquid products, such as any other, spilled on the floor may be easily removed, as long as it is done immediately and correctly, without damaging or staining the surface.

The Formaldehyde is a component of wood adhesives that is considered toxic above some determined emission levels. Triângulo Engineered Floorings are produced with an ECOLOGICAL ADHESIVE, approved by the German Prohibition Regulation for Chemical Products – “Chemikalien – Verbostsverordnung”, under the specifications of the test DIN 50 014-20/65 of the method DIN EN 717-2, which establishes the European standards of emission control of toxic products. Classified as belonging to the Class E1 (E1 Formaldehyde Class), Triângulo’s Adhesive is a product with LOW EMISION OF FORMALDEHYDE. This fact eliminates the inadequate concentration of the harmful chemical product in the place of installation (= 3,5 mg HCHO/m²h).

During the finishing phase, all the varnish layers that are applied on the floor are dried with Ultraviolet Rays, in a high technology machine. This type of drying, with the Acrylic Urethane and the Aluminum Oxide give to the floor, besides its characteristic beauty and resistance, an excellent protection against the incidence of ultraviolet sun rays.
